Refunds

We are committed to providing you with only the best and highest quality products. We stand behind the products sold on our site and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund and have the charges returned back to you in the form of in-store credit. Just make sure to contact us to request a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If you purchased any hard goods that were shipped to you, those must be mailed back to HiveWire 3D and meet the criteria outlined in the Returns of Physical Goods section below.


Returns of Physical Goods

If you wish to return a physical product that you purchased from HiveWire 3D, please follow the steps and guidelines outlined below:

Please use our contact form and explain your request in the comment field. We will review your request, and communicate back with you to let you know whether your return request is authorized. If your return is authorized, you will be given the address to which you must then mail the physical product(s) to. All physical products must be inspected before any refunds will be issued. All such items must meet the following criteria:

  • All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition

  • The product must be free from scratches and/or defects

  • You must have the original packaging for the item

  • There cannot be any writing or labels on the packaging for the item

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

  • It is recommended to return products in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials.

Once your return of physical product has been inspected, we will notify you whether you will receive a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.

Exceptions

  • Clearance items will be marked as such, and may not qualify for a refund unless found to be defective.

  • Returns for physical goods must be made within 30 days of you receiving them.

Please contact us if you are uncertain about any part of this return policy or if you have unanswered questions.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from HiveWire 3D. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects.

We are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment claim with the respective shipper.

We recommend items be returned via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our location.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary shipping charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.


Order Tracking & Status

Every physical order is shipped via your choice of UPS or FedEx with a tracking number so you know when it ships and when it is scheduled to arrive. You will receive an email with your tracking ID(s) for each purchase as it is shipped.


Shipping Information

HiveWire 3D make its shipping and handling prices and policies as fair as possible, so you benefit from our competitive pricing, plus the convenience of delivery to your door. For your convenience, we offer several shipping options: Standard UPS Ground, UPS Two Day Air, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and manufacturer sources. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You’ll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for your records.

Estimated Shipment Times

Items typically ship within 2 business days of the date your order is placed. This can vary depending on holidays, the accuracy of a manufacturer's inventory count, and acts of God.

Where can I have my order shipped?

We can ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in one of the US Territories or Protectorates (US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or have an APO/FPO/DPO* address then please contact us first for a custom shipping quote and we'll help place the order for you manually. If you live outside of the United States, at this time we are unable to accept your order and apologize for the inconvenience.
